Não tenho certeza, mas o envio de Flash correria tudo ok se o boot loader não tiver bichado.

Isso pelo RSD Lite 4.3, mas ae você não estaria fazendo o backup..
Enfim, se quiser arriscar..

Por falta de informações fica meio difícil..

o erro que apareceu foi esses

Realmente é o boot loader ou você não esta selecionando o modelo correto.

No Flash&Backup 3.7 selecionou o modelo Z3 RAZR?
Caso tenha selecionado a alternativa é o boot loader, pois ele não envia e da erro logo no início.



Você terá que pular a parte de backup e arriscar mandando logo a Flash pelo RSD Lite 4.3.

Caso o erro continue, terá que fazer Test Point e fazer o envio de Flash.

fis do jeito que vc mim mandou olhei todos detalhes e nada
no RSD Lite 4.3. tambem deu erro esta a baixo

eu vi a foto mas nao entendi como faço test point? tem augum programa pra usa? como é?
