Problem with W5

I'm sorry. I speaks spanish and english, but not portuguese, so, I'll make my request in both languages.

I have a problem with a W5. You start it normally, enter SIM code, and all is Ok. It works fine. But as soon as you close it and reopen, the screen is white, all the ring tones changes. You can make and receive calls normally, but the screen is white.

For restoring it, you must shutdown and restart it.

What can I do?

The SW version is:

Booot Loader: 0C.A1.
SW Version: R452GL8_G_08.00.05R

Hola. Tengo un problema con mi W5. Lo inicias normalmente, entras el código del SIM, y él trabaja normalmente, todo bien. Pero en cuanto lo cierras y lo vuelves a abrir, la pantalla sale en blanco y todos los tonos de timbre cambian. Se pueden hacer y recibir llamadas, pero todo con la pantalla en blanco.

Para que pueda volver a funcionar, hay que apagarlo y volverlo a encender.

Qué pudiera hacer?

La versión del software es:

SW Version: R452GL8_G_08.00.05R

It seems like a flex cable problem!

U can try to pass this firmware by "Flash&Backup" or "RSD Lite":

But if nothin' change its in fact a flex cable problem!

So u'll need to by other one and change it...
